I didnt check but is this a civil citation like the litter crap or is it a valid citation that goes on your driving record?
Btw, what the hell are they going to do when the license plate and the driver are from out of town, like new orleans where there is no more address to mail the citation too, or these other yoyos that move every other year and have a different address on their registration as to where they live now. Oh and lets not forget the dumbass that buys your used car and never transfers the registration so they send the ticket to your house and u dont even have the car then you get to spend your time, off of work, to go and fight and having to show you sold the car. One other thing in question is what happens if you dont pay the ticket, the city issues a warrant for you and the city marshal comes to your house and your arrested.

The fines are going to be civil. Because the citations are not issued by a sworn police officer, they cannot be filed on a criminal history. You can get 25 speeding tickets if you can afford it and your insurance will not increase.
I must wonder if the agents who work for this company are on a commission as well because they may be inclined to fudge a bit if their income is based upon number of tickets issued. Most police officers would work for free if they got commissions on tickets they wrote. Would take home a lot more money, that is certain.

I am asking people who run for the council as I am introduced how they feel about things like Dr Williams, red light cameras, taxes, road improvements etc. Puts them on the spot, but at least I find out how they feel about things in general.
