Why are School Board Members above the Law

Well Crawfish season is upon us and it has been over 30 years since the great leaders of St. Martin Parish School system has collected 1 penny of royalties from their lands which they lease to their children. It is surly a Conflick of Interest by AG's Office to have any family member invovled in any Board Members activities which include MONEY. They even sell GAS to the school buses, in which the BOARD MEMBER owns the gas station. The lease on school lands are to be advertiesed, But Family land stays off limits to the public. Who controls these sorry, greedy, rich bunch of losers. How much is enough for these, (call um what you want) bunch of crooks. Just to let you know other parishes collect a share of the CRAWFISH money. Maybe the state auditor needs to see and hear whats going on.

It is a fact in deed that they do know. They(in the AG's office) know exactly whats going on. They have been PROGRAMED to know. It is just to easy for them to steal from the children. Remember during election time it was like this (FOR THE CHILDREN).

They are above the law because everything is "for the children". Those leases should be re-bid every year just for the competition. If the school wants a share of crawfish profits, all they have to do is put that clause in the bid. That too could be "for the children".

Yet another reason to clean house. Cannot be by party, but by persons with a will to do a good job and be open and honest with taxpayers. Next January is the start of the election season so we will see how many really care.

Those every year leases would honest, but that just will not work for the evil, greedy leaders we have. You see this guy has been having his lease for over 30 years, and his piece never gets to be bidded on. You see he runs the whole parish. He will never have enough. Oh ya, he will be the one who gets most of the by-pass money.

Seen a report on a school system in another area where private donors have given money to suport the children in their works and guarantee them a college education paid for by these funds. How awesome is that. I wonder what it would take for our corrupted school boards to get in line with the people that they get rich to help the kids around here. Remember when they run for office their slogan is FOR THE CHILDREN. I guest this is why they can spend thousands to become board member so they can get richer and the kids, oh it's just to easy to steal from them. Go to board meetings you will see what I mean.

Want to thank TV 3 for tools for school, it is great that these people have this much compassion towards our children. Why can't our School Board do as much. We have crawfish ponds but do not collect a penny for crawfish. We get alligator tags but collect no money. We buy used computers for twice the money as new ones. These are not millions but could be used wisely. Now the real money comes in the oil fields. With the billions the oil boys are making we get a little taste. Someone is getting rich.
