Yesterday TV 10 came on and said, Bobby will win first go round. He claims to clean up Louisana politics. What the public does not see is who is backing Bobby. The Big Landowners, The Big Timber Boyz, The Big OIL, and all who are their followers. The only change that there will be is, no change! These people are addicted to corrupted ways of life and they never change. They even tell the TV reporters what to say even though it is not true. If this state wants change just go out and see who is backing BOBBY. He will be and other REPEAT. The Landowners call all the shots and pay for it with the money the have stole from this State.

I am not voting for Landrieu, the incumbent Lt Gov
I am not voting for Foti after that trial for Dr Pau. Probably Caldwell
I am not voting for Odom, who appears corrupt. Strain
I am voting for Dardenne for standing up for fair elections
I am still not sure of Governor. Just am not sure Jindal is the guy, maybe Georges
I am not real impressed with Donelon; do not feel as though he did enough after Katrina/Rita for homeowners
I would support Landry over Williams though I can vote for neither
I will vote for LeBlanc over Cortez, the Michot clone
I will vote against Perret, time for a change
I like several of the new council faces. Am optimistic that voters are ready for a changing of the guard in Lafayette
Who do you like for sheriff in Acadia Nick ? I think both will do a good job
Anybody out there have any thoughts on Iberia Sheriff ? Ackal would be my vote
I like Freyou in Iberia for president. Honest and ethical fellow.
who did I miss ?

Sadly, living on the northside, my state rep is down to a runoff between Chris Williams and Rickey Hardy. I can't imagine having another 12 years of even ONE of these guys representing me. Thank goodness we're moving out of the district soon!!! Still staying in Lafayette of course.
I still would have liked at least one person going up against Durel. Even though there'd be no chance of winning...at least get Durel to have to campaign and listen to residents. Yeah, and spend that cool $1 million he has in his campaign chest.
This is an exciting time for our state and city. I'm only hoping that all the bickering on the council is a thing of the past. I think with Jindal in office, Louisiana will be seen in a different light by the country.

I would never vote for Williams for anything. I hope he is the tail end of the ULL political infestation which has hurt this parish, and sadly, the state.
I wish all incumbents had opposition m,erely to keep them in line. The sense of power and entitlement is overwhelming to them, and they abuse. Let's see how many ethics violations turn up in the next few weeks. I'll bet those people kissing Jindal's butt will not like him so much when they find out that ethics to him means incumbent politicians too.
The council has no where to go but up. I hope they maintain an independence from president.
Joey D needed opposition to keep him in line.

Congradulation Bobby for a victory in the Big House. I will be Praying for you everyday that you will be able to keep all of the sweet promises you have given us as your people. I only hope that you do not get upset when the corrupted people inform you that you will not stop them or change their ways. Just remember, the Rich people do not need help, the rest of us do.I really think that all you have committed, you can make a Great State, and the people would stand with you. This State has and is the Riches State in the nation for natural resources, But one of the poorest States in the nation. We have the Riches Politicians on the planet, but we are last in everything. May GOD be with you in every decision you make and keep the wicked one under your feet. God Bless You Bobby.
