Did you ever get the message I first sent you in reference to Welcome to the board that might be the message, I'll try to see whats happening.
I know some people were having problems with their cookies logging improperly, I'm sure you already followed the steps at the beginning of this thread, you also may try when you log in click the box to stay logged in "forever" if you havent already.
Im going to try and read some of the help issues and see whats up, but of course I dont pay for this board and you know how that is, i cant b*tch to the company.

To: zoe10850, I posted this in the support forum and this is what they suggested:
Re: user cannot retrieve his pm messages « Reply #1 on Today at 8:38am »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One of my users cannot obtain his pm's it kicks him out when he presses messages and he has to login again.
I found no answer in FAQs and he has tried all of the suggestions in FAQ's.
Have the member click "forever" upon log in as I don't see any coding errors on the forum. If you are still having trouble, please post a link to the member's profile.

i assume both messages are from you, but i cannot pull them up. I am prompted to Login, even though I am logged in. I do so, and nothing happens except that I am asked to login again.........that was my last attempt

They must be because i know i sent you one to welcome you when you first joined and the second i sent the other day as a test. I just checked again, and nobody with their support has posted anything else besides the last thing I told you to try.
Even as an admin I cant see your messages nor can I delete them, so I guess we out of luck.
I'll keep checking my posts in the help section and post again if someone comes up with an idea.
