The Hub City Diner is a great place to eat, especially on a Weekend mornings. I can not wait till the new Hub City Diner opens. Does anyone know when they will open? It is a great location with plenty of parking area and you could get an oil change or wash job while waiting. There is also some shops next door. In case anyone does not know where the new Hub City Diner is located; it is on Kaliste Saloom Rd. across from the (now defunct) old Corky's Bar B Que. If the new place is going to be anything like the old, it will be great.

Well get ready, the New Hub City Diner will open on Monday, Aug. 28th. for dinner only then they will start with the lunch and breakfast menu items a little later.
I ate breakfast there (old location)yesterday and ate dinner there tonight. Always really good. Don't forget to try the bread pudding. It is the best I have ever had. Good food and good service.
The new location is on Kaliste Saloom Rd., in the strip mall, across the street from the old Corky's Bar B Que.

Well I ate at the new Hub City Diner tonight. The new place is great. It has the 1950's theme, very nice colors and seating is great with lots of room, lots of pictures to view. There are 2 ladies and 2 men rest rooms. The food, like the old place, is great. Tonight was the 2nd. night opened and they had a very good crowd. For the time being, they are opened from 4:00pm to 10:00pm. They have lot of helpers, waiters/waitress and all seem to be very enthoused and energetic. Kinda like, they were really happy to be working there and happy to serve you; leaves you with a good feeling.
BTW, I do not have anything to do with the place. I just love it and it is close which is convenient for me.
